OK so I don't no if this is classed to be in this section but here it goes anyway.
I have two young children the youngest is 1, since having the kids my sex drive has vanished. I can manage if he's lucky once a week I ferel awful and would love to get more active but just don't no how. Were still only young at 24 and are like an old couple in fact old people probably get more action than us.
How can I solve this problem any advice on things like foods or anything?
Any advice greatly welcomed.
