Pain in chest

I am getting chest pain caused by anxiety . Obviously for many reasons I need to sort the cause of anxiety. Just wondering re the pain, is this a psychosomatic type pain? Or is the anxiety causing actual physical symptoms that will have a health implication?

I am taking ADs so presumably that's as much medical help as would be required.

I really really don't want to bother GP again.

For info, the pains started before I realised I was anxious. GP sent me for ECG at time - which was normal. Soon after I realised I was depressed/anxious so fairly sure that's the cause of pain.
