I've felt pretty constipated last few days but can't remember the last time I went. Today I've felt really gassy n like I need to go all day. Got in to bed this evening and felt like I could go. I did only very slightly and sorry it was looking kinda white n not hard at all but I was horrified to find loads of mucus, in toilet and on toilet roll. I have totally freaked out and now thinking the worse. Ideas please??
