Several years ago I had some issues with my feet - burning/hot pain on the tops of my feet BUT it tended to move about - not always in the same place (or even foot). It took many months to go - I was referred to physiotherapist in the end but I wasn't convinced treatment was appropriate. In the last few years I have had very similar pain in my upper back - went away eventually by itself - and now in my arm just below the elbow. It does tend to move about - can be anywhere from elbow to wrist. It doesn't really feel muscular but very odd. has anyone had anything like this?
