I'm a very obese woman.

(Backstory - I always have been overweight. But I lost 4.5st before I got pregnant with my daughter. During pregnancy and till August last year i gained weight till I reached 20st 6lbs. I have PCOS and it was mild when I was young (15) but now (25) I have around 30 cysts on each ovary and with many other symptoms too)

I'm trying my hardest to loose weight but it seems to be going no where.

I'm using Lipotrim (3 shakes a day + 2 litres water a day / no food at all) and adios pill (yes I know, I shouldn't be) and I'm doing lots of cardio daily.

Between August and November I got down to 19st 4 but since then I'm back up to 19st 13lb (as of yesterday)

Need advice please, really getting me down

Have you seen an endocrinologist? I saw one years ago and was prescribed metformin as a result which helped with weight loss.

Low carb diets also work well. I'm currently 4+ stone overweight, my weight fluctuates, but i do well when I cut carbs. Those shake diets, while good if you stick to them, don't work in the long run.

I haven't, but I have a doctors appointment tomorrow and will speak to her about it then.

Will also ask about being referred. Just stressing because I'm doing what I can, just doesn't seem enough. :(
