I started what I thought was food poisoning yesterday; it seemed to be OK then came back with a vengeance last night. I have diarrhoea but am not vomiting. The weird things are that I have bright yellow liquid coming out of me with the poo and the worst stomach cramps ever (worse than any period pains, as bad as a miscarriage).
Looking around on the internet makes me wonder about giardia, but is it worth seeing a dr yet or do I just wait for a couple of days to see if it goes away?
