dd3 is ill, has been last night. been keeping her temp down with calpol and neurofen, have manged to get to take some fluids in and keep then down. she was fast asleep in older dd's room so i moved her to her cot. about an hour later she let out a really high pitched scream , i went into get her, her eyes were glazed and her head was jerking, all her limbs were stiff. it lasted about a minute. i thought she'd had a fit or soemthing. took her to the gp out of hours. they have checked her over, she has an ear infection, tonsils are up, glands are all up, as well as the d+v. they dont think she had a fit though, said the sudden pain in her ears may have shocked her awake. no antibiotics because of the d+v, but to go back if anything starts leaking out of her ears.

that has never happened to any of my children before, was very scary.

Ear infections are horrible, my DD is normaly very placid and still good natured when ill but screamed like a mad woman, then it would pass again, its horrible for them.

Sounds really scary, you are having a difficult time of it lately, aren't you. Surely things can only get better.
Hope your DD3 makes a fast recovery and that the d&v stop so she can have some ab's to help her recover, poor little thing.
