Fibroid removal and contraception

Hi,
I've posted about my fibroids before on here and was hoping I could get some further advice.
Brief background, have had heavy periods since birth of ds2 in 2012, they got progressively worse so in January this year had mirena coil fitted. This has stopped the heavy bleeding but I bleed lightly but pretty much every day. Due to this I was sent for a scan where a fibroid was found but doctor said this shouldn't be causing problems as only 2cm.
Anyway bleeding continued so sent to consultant gynaecologist who suggested hysteroscopy to see what was going on.
Hysteriscopy found fibroid inside uterus which apparently is a bad place to have one, and my coil is upside down, gynaecologist said she wasn't surprised coil hasn't settled down.
So now I am having the fibroid removed through myosure procedure and I'm supposed to then have a new mirena coil fitted.
My question is do you think this is a good idea? Since I've had the coil I have terrible acne and pretty constant breast pain/pmt not to mention the fact the coil I have at the moment is upside, what if that happens again? I just don't know what else to do regarding contraception as I can't have the combined pill due to migraine but mini pills that I've tried and mirena just result in constant bleeding.
Do you think the constant bleeding will stop after the fibroid is removed?
Any advice?
