Could this be endemetriosis or something else? ?

My period was a few weeks ago & on the first day I had really bad period pain I've never really noticed it quite that bad before even tho I usually take a tablet for it this time it was quite bad , it went after taking tablets. .anyway about a week ish later im getting achey period like pains which isn't painful at all but achey that's been on & off for a week ish ..It even went for a few days.
Could this be endemetriosis? ? I'm starting to worry it might be something more serious. .I've got a bit of health anxiety
