Hi just wondered how long it takes to recover from a sprained wrist. Fell over dd toy early this morning (think i was still half asleep) and put my hand out to break the fall.
Went to GP as had a lump the size of a golf ball and he sent me to hospital for an X-ray, when i got to hospital doctor examined me and said it was just a sprain and no need for X-ray.
I can hardly move my hand due to the pain and its swollen to double the size of my other hand.
