DD seems to get one cold after another and wondering if some kind of vitamin might help. She is almost 2 - any recommendations?

Ds is just 3 and for the past 8mths have given him a chewy multi vitamin think its by bassetts. Never gets ill.
Keep meaning to start DD on those liquid vitamins you can get that are suitable from 6mths but havent got around to it but she is always ill..

I have just started giving Dd1 (25 months) Abidec which was recommended by the HV. DD1 has decided not to drink any milk since August and although generally a good eater - some days can be a bit tricky. So I am giving it her for my peace of mind really - dp thinks I'm being neurotic as dd1 is fine - but it's a mums job to be neurotic isn't it?

we give dd1 a multi-vit containing calcium, mainly because she's dairy-allergic and a specialist advised us to do so. I think it's a Boots one we use.
