Could this be PMT?

I am 38, had my 3 kids between 30 and 33, and am now on the pill again, having not been on it for about 10 years. As a teenager I used to suffer terrible cramps during my period, and this actually carried on until my first pregnancy.

Now I am getting these terrible headaches in the days leading up to my period. I have always suffered tension headaches, similar to migraines, which result in a day of vomitting and always follow the same pattern. These pre-period headaches are also tension-based, but don't always involve the vomitting. Yesterday's did and was worse than any I've had before.

Does anyone else suffer like this, and is there a supplement or something that one can take to help?

I'm not an expert on this, but if symptoms come around the same time every month I'd say it was PMT, the only supplement I can think of is evening primrose oil, but ask at the health food shop, they should be able to help you out, also, you can adjust your diet to help with symptoms, you'd have to look it up though....... good luck!

Wow you had them close together!! Enough to give anyone a headache I would think!! Seriously though, if they are the same time each month they are almost certainly related to PMT. I think Agnus Castus is meant to help with a whole heap of 'womens things' but not sure exactly what.
