Is it normal for TSH to keep decreasing

I have been ill for 3 years after having my last baby. I have had my TSH level tested a number of times I've the past 3 years these results where

1st ever test 2.7

2nd test 1.54

3rd test 2.0 ( I was taking the contraceptive pill at this point just to bear in mind don't know if this affects results)

Last test I had 2 weeks ago was 1.23.

Are these normal because doc said this can't be causing me symptoms get my symptoms are classic thyroid symptoms



The range is 0.40-5.00
