So last night I sneezed and had the worst chest pain straight after! It didn't hurt or effect breathing so I didn't panic it just hurt and hurt to move arms the pain died down after a few mins and paracetamol but still had a little pain after but nothing to stop me doing anything or worry , I told my partner and he said I've pulled a muscle when I sneezed as I did sneeze hard, I've not had that before I'm sure I would remember ! Anyone else had this?
