Hello, I suffer with arthritis in my lower back due to a car crash when I was 15 and I'm finding it very uncomfortable. when not pregnant, although I have pain it is quite manageable but since becoming pregnant it seems to be taking its toll more and more on my back and I'm in constant achey pain. If I stand up on my left side first, my leg seems to give in and I get shooting pain. Just wondering if anybody had any Advice or tips in dealing with this. Any help is much appreciated!
