Have to be brief sorry..

Can you help with the following?;

Can Temazepam be taken for anxiety and depression? or is it solely just for sleeping?
If citalopram has been prescribed is it just for depression?
Can someone i.e an ex filing court proceedings be the definite 100% cause for a nervous breakdown?

TIA

Temazepam could help anxiety but is only ever prescribed for sleep. It is also addictive. It doesn't help depression.

Citalopram is usually taken for anxiety or depression or both. It takes weeks to fully work.

No idea about the 100% cause bit, how would you 'prove' it? I doubt a Dr or psychiatrist would be able to say 100% but it could be a contributing factor.

So there's no way it's prescribed for anxiety related issues?

No idea, Said person is just saying the non-existent behaviour of a person and court proceedings have 100% caused this, nothing else just these two things. I'm sure said person is just saying this to try and blame someone else as to not look bad in court for his actions

TIA

If you are very anxious, you might not sleep well, then be prescribed temazepam. Or if you have a breakdown you might not sleep well and get temazepam.

It's now being said that Citalopram has been prescribed for anxiety and depression but not Temazepam, it's now being said that the Temazepam had nothing to do with these issues just because sleeping was an issue a couple of times..
