Cranio sacral therapy for mums - anyone tried it?

There was an article raving about this therapy in the paper this week! I am thinking of giving it a go - I know it has some good results for babies, but has anyone had any experience of it as an adult?

I haven't but know people that have. my ds2 is having cranial osteopathy treatments and when he finishes that I'll be going.
tell me how u get on with cranio sacral if you go though. May I ask why you're having it?
