Hi, thanks for reading. Lately I have had a few things going on but put off seeing the doctor as I don't want to waste time as I am usually very healthy and never had a significant illness.
For the last 6 months I have steadily put on 20 kg. I've been small all my life and while I am not heavily into exercise I am fairly active. I eat reasonably heathy and don't eat a lot. I feel like my weight is constantly going up no matter what I do or eat. It is all around the middle.
I also have puffy hands and face. My hair is coming out, but breaking as It comes out in handfuls but no bald spots.
Recently I've started to get pins and needles in my hands when not moving and this has now started to move towards pain in my fingers.
I don't work in an area prone to rsi type damage. I'm 34 with regular periods. I m not sure if I should just wait and see or get seen to. Sorry for the essay and thanks.
