Swollen glands in my groin

Hello, I can feel the glands in my groin - three in total - two smaller ones on either side and then another larger one on the right side. They don't hurt to touch but the area where the larger one is feels uncomfortable/achy. The glands have been up since Christmas, no obvious infections but I have had a series of January coldy things and my 3 DCs have been quite poorly so I could be fighting off their lurgies. At what point do I bother a GP with this do you think? Really trying to stop prodding/ thinking about it...

I had that for quite a prolonged period too, saw the GP and she said it was no problem, just an immune response, same as glands in our necks. So probably nothing to worry about but if it is bothering you, of course get it checked, being stressed about it is probably worse for your health
