Can't stop throwing up with every sip of water, I have pins and needles in my hands and feet which spreads everywhere when I throw up.

pins and needles can be caused by alcohol poisoning

you could try dioralyte or something to re esatablish fluid balance

eggs and tomato sauce are also good for hangovers

Try buttered toast and a sweet drink. That should make you feel a bit better.

Yes my thought was alcohol poisoning. Try and get your fluids back up. It will pass in time but you must stay hydrated. Keep an eye on it and if you feel suddenly worse, drowsy, cold and cannot warm up or dizzy you must phone NHS Direct.

I got unpleasant pins and needles in my hands and feet after excessive vomiting from a stomach bug this year, so it could be caused by the vomiting in your case too.

It really wasn't nice but went away as i felt better, so hope it does for you too.

paresthesia is the medical term for pins and needles and they arise for a number of reasons including duabetes, lead, mercury, carbon monoxide and alcohol poisoning, vein constriction etc

if you google alcohol poisoning instead of hangover you get info I think

hope you are feeling better today mt

I am Zippy, thanks.

And thanks for all the sympathy, I wasn't expecting any - not with it being self inflicted

Toddlers this morning was funny, three of us still a bit fragile and comparing the level of gloating from spouses.

And I've got knitting club tonight.

It sounds tame - don't be fooled!
