Shaking legs and arms

My 5 week old baby is shaking his legs or arms, especially when he's tensing his body but also when i.e. lying on his back when being changed. The shaking stops if I grab his leg/arm. He also never shakes when asleep.

Is that normal? I know his nervous system is still developing but I'm not sure to what extend such behavior is ok and when it should become a concern...

I would get checked out with your Dr to be sure or see your health visitor. I'm not sure what it could be.
