Healthy eating/weight loss with 7 month old

Hi there

I wonder if anyone has any tips. I have 3 DC, the youngest of whom is 7 months. Pre DC I was really fit, and went to the gym pretty often (3-4 time per week). That's nearly 6 years ago though. I think I need to lose the last of my baby weight. Not that much- less than a stone.

Other than the obvious of moving more and eating less, I'm not sure how. I know that sounds stupid but my sisters and mum all have eating disorders and I think I've just closed my ears any time dieting was discussed, but I think I have an anxious attitude to dieting, esp now that I have daughters (my mum put one of my sisters on a diet at 5, so lots of craziness around food when I was little. I got off without that kind of silliness by being naturally lanky as a child, but I don't want crazy attitudes around my girls).

Pre DC, my DH cooked and did all the meal planning but life is just so busy now and we're both so tired that that feels like a massive job to think about. I've recently stared running again, which I know will help (physically and emotionally- history of PND and anxiety).

So, what should I snack on rather than Jaffa cakes? Main meals are ok I think, prob just need to reduce carbs element. Really tired as the baby isn't sleeping through yet. She's still ebf but might start ff for day time feeds soon.

Sorry it's so long. I appreciate I sound mental about this!

TIA

I follow a clean eating plan which is fab and cuts out all processed foods, refined sugars, replace white carbs with brown, cut out dairy.
