Way TMI -but have no one else to ask

I have been taking cerazette since i was 19, so for 8 years. the whole time I was on it, no AF

I stopped taking it to TTC, but AF is very weird.

First couple of cycles were regular 28 days, but now slowly decreasing, this month was 24 days

But the really weird thing is when AF arrives. There is nothing at all and I feel fine, then all of a sudden straight into heavy flow.

Simultaneously with that, I get diarrhea, horrific cramps, lose all appetite, shake like a blood sugar crash, have headaches and become drowsy. This lasts for about 3-4 hours.

Then all the symptoms stop completely and I am fine, bleed for a 1-2 days and done.

Is this normal? I can't remember how things used to be before taking cerazette and I have no one I can ask as no one knows we are TTC
