I am a 31 year married woman with a very healthy sex life but i seem to have an issue ( please don't laugh as it's not funny at all ) for about 2 months now from the moment i wake up till the time I go to bed I am in constant arousal, and no matter how many times my husband and I have sex or I mastirbate the feeling just gets more intense, it is becoming a real problem as I can't fully concentrate on everyday life , even the vibration of my mobile phone is enough to drive me crazy , does anyone else have this problem and what the he'll can I do to stop it , {blush}

Go on the pill. That'll probably kill your desire!

It may be then that your hormones are just a bit out of kilter- I would think it'll resolve itself as your hormones level out. I'd just enjoy it for now!

It's called "Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder" - I have no experience but have read about it. Maybe googling will help you find some support?

Hiya different username but same person . It lasted almost a year which was extremely frustrating , in the end all I could do was try to zone out and ignore it . I started listening to music when the feeling was there and sang along , it was very hard at first but after a while it didn't bother me as much , I could get on with daily things . And I feel because I didnt give in to it all the time it made being with my husband alot better and stronger . I hope it doesn't last that long for you , and mabye give what I did a try fingers crossed it'll help xx

Thank you 🩷 are your symptoms resolved now? Hoping I can get used to this and it gradually eases off over time. Looks like nhs wouldn’t have a clue what I’m on about and look at me like I’m crazy

Hiya , they are all gone , I didnt go to the doctor , I was really embarrassed and I wasn't sure about being examined , if I had a flare up on the table I would just run out so tried to find ways I could just ignore it , I did see a post about numbing cream but that didn't help also tried coconut oil , ( my remedy for everything !! ) but in the end nothing I tried helped , other than training myself to take no notice x
