Has anyone here had an arm lift (brachioplasty) for excessive bingo wings? Heavy arms seem to run in my family and combined with recent weight loss, I am really unhappy with the state of my arms. I am very toned under the loose skin so exercises aren't going to do anything. Seriously considering surgery but from what I've read a lot of people have complications with the scars.
