Period Late - advice!

I'm approx 10 days late - -ve test last night(thank goodness)! Feel strange though, bloated, crampy (as if period is coming any time!!) - but yet nothing is happening. Had got stressed up to last night thinking I might be pg!
Any suggestion - not on Pill, or coil fitted - old fashioned condoms but extremely careful!

sometimes when you really want to come on you stress so much that it doesnt happen, this always happens to me, and if you are ten days late and had a negative then would agree the test is right, usually these tests show up the day you are late so if you were pg i'm sure it would have given a positive result by now
