have given ds cold sores

i'm not one of the lucky ones who gets a warning 'tingle' so when my cold sore blistered last week it must have already been too late - as ds now has a mouth full of them

at the same time as cutting his last premolar the poor guy. his mouth is lumpy, red and drooly and he can't bear food (or even the dummy ) anywhere near it

This happened to my mother in law and my DH when he was a baby. It doesn't bother him now, he only gets them very occasionally. Don't blame yourself, it's one of those things. His future wife might not thank you when kisses are restricted though
