My 8 week old duaghter has suffered from thrush since she was 3 weeks old. Both daktarin gel and nyastatin have so far failed to treat the thrush. It does not appear to bother her but her tongue is still white and blotchy and I really thought this would have cleared up by now. I am b/f so have had treatment myself, although I have not encountered any symptoms. Should I be worried? Can persistent thrush be indicative of other illnesses? Please help!!!
