Put a folded over sanitary towel in the fold to soak up the moisture. I did that after my c section and it really helped.

Sudocreme or Kamillosan - nice and gentle but works. Anti -fungal stuff too.

I'm Rubenesque too

you should go and get it seen it sounds very painful. It could be a yeast infection if it's wet so caneston would be a good cream to apply but best getting it seen. Poor you

Another 'rubenesque' one here! I got it once and canesten worked wonders. It's the hot weather!

thanks all! went to gp and got caneston powder. then i got it home and read it and it says its for athletes foot! now, i dont wish to tell my doctor how to do his job but it does not inspire confidence if he cant tell your foot from your fat flap!

I agree with CF. The active ingredients will be the same as the cream but the powder will also dry it out with will help get rid of the infection. Hope you feel more comfortable soon
