it is abosrbed more easily as it is a mineral water, hence why it does not cause constipation.
It lifted my bloods out of anaemic to bloody marvellous in 4 days

it doesn't turn ur poo black or make u constipated
it tastes foul but nicer than tablets

The way its absorbed is different to tablets pruni.

SOmeting like,m its a;ready in liquid form so is absorbed much quicker than tablets which have to br broken down and then all the stuff they use to make it a tablets gets diugested then the rest can be absorbed

you mix it with OJ and you do not even notice it, its got a slightly metallic edge to it, well mmm strange that being high in iron LOL

No serioulsy you are supposed to have OJ with them but OJ gave me heartburn so had to have it in water
