:( misdee. I have found that after each baby AF has got heavier and heavier and PMT seems to be worse too since baby no 3. Angry Have no solutions, sorry, but just thought Id let you know you are not alone!

I have taken Evening Primrose in the past - didnt do much though but some people swear by it. I have heard recently though that you have to take a certain dose for it to do any good.

Misdee - Oh yes sympathise with this completely, I'm just the same, AF so heavy on the first two days I leak through normal towels so wear a tampon and put an ST in panties too Blush

As for the rages and sadness - I can't really tell if it's hormonal or the fact that I've got such alot to rage that it's perfectly understandable. I'm normally a very calm person though.

I haven't a clue if my periods will start to be less heavy - hope so though.

I know, it's horrible when the little ones get caught in the crossfire... makes me feel so guilty when I'm anything other than lovely mummy Sad

i have never been on the pill or had any hormonal form of birth control. also dont see the point if not getting any nookie lol.

i feel like poo for 4days before, all during, then shattered for days afterwards.

if i get the extreme tiredness again like last month then i guess i need to see the gp right?

I'd go now tbh. If your becoming anaemic because of it, you'll feel really sh*tty

I've also found chocolate really helps me Smile

I pop myself onto some Floradix now and then. That really helps with the energy levels.

i had much heavier periods after my second baby. I started taking a haebal remedy called agnus castus and after a few months they were back to normal.
Also, within 1 month almost all PMT had gone, no bloated tummy, no mood swings/anger/frustration...yipee Grin

(if you get pmt spots, it will help with these too)

it usually takes at least 3 cycles before it starts to work though.

Me too. Didn't ever expect anything like it. But other posts seem to suggest it's a common problem after child birth. I'm soooo heavy for the first 3 days, superplus tampon and towels needed, AND still leak.

Will try agnus castus, sounds great if it will eliminate spotty skin too!

remember you might not see any results with agnus castus for 3 or 4 months.
you take it everyday, by the way, not just around time of month.
