Do you know your cholesterol levels?

I was in Norwich yesterday and they had a heart health exhibition up outside Chapelfields Mall.
They were giving out free Actimel drinks and offering blood pressure and cholesterol tests.
I decided to have mine tested.
I was slightly concerned to find that although my levels were "normal" they were at the higher end of what was acceptable.
My total cholesterol was 4.28
My LDL (bad cholesterol) was 1.28
and my HDL (good cholesterol) was 1.11

DH has his done, he smokes and doesn't eat fruit - yet his total levels and LDL were better than mine!!!!

ARGHHH!
