Bile and smelly breath

Have been taking esomeprazole for years for bile in stomach, it is not acid it is in stomach, my breath is disgusting not only smelly but taste as well nothing will clear I am so embarrassed. 2.dentists have said it is not my teeth and must be from my stomach. I clean my teeth,gums and tongue regularly has used mouthwash, corsodyl, mints you name it. Does anyone know of any tablets or food apart from parsley which does not work for me that I can take as I feel worried when anyone comes near me. My ds and dh both say it does smell, not always that bad but it is there nevertheless and I can taste a meat like taste a lot of the time and my mouth is really dry no matter how much I drink. Desperate for any advice

Go and see your doctor. Tell him what you've told us about the dry mouth, no matter how much you drink.
