UNDER SKIN ON BUTT CHEEKS...LOOK LIKE CYSTS BUT WHEN SQUEEZED TISSUE/FLESH COMES OUT..HAVE CUT THEM OFF!

Does anyone know what they are? I have had a few come up in the last few weeks. They are about 3mm in diameter and just under the surface of the skin, slightly pale coloured and perfectly round. I tried to squeeze one and nothing just got more raised, so i dug at it then it almost came out almost encapsulated. I got the tweezers and cut it off with scissors - was totally painfree!, it came out as a round fleshy lump. Then i have done the same to the others, about 5 in all. No puss,or fluid comes out at all. I do work in an office and sit on my butt for about 6 hrs a day. The lumps dont hurt at all. Just wondered what they are?

Jesus, go to the Doctor, don't go cutting bits off to see what happens.

I have worked in a vets for years and assisted with heaps of operations..so as they came out complete i know its ok to remove them. So should be ok.
:-).......just wondering what they are.

Dear god.
Go to the doctor, step away from the capitals and change the fucking title.

Please don't snip any more bits off your bum, do however consult a medical professional - IME they almost never advise snipping bits off yourself with scissors.

Sounds like molluscum.

Sparklingbrook Mon 11-Mar-13 18:01:59

How can you see what you are doing? please go to the GP. Or ask the vet in the morning? smile

MolotovCocktail Mon 11-Mar-13 20:25:38

If it is molloscum, don't squeeze or cut them, as this is how they're spread to other parts of the skin.

grin Sparkling.

Yes, ask the vet!!!

ThePathanKhansAmnesiac Mon 11-Mar-13 20:31:39

Im sorry, grin but this is hilarious!

Wind up anyone? grin

TrinityRhino Mon 11-Mar-13 20:34:41

could be molloscum but you shouldn't need to cut them off

when I very gently..... NOT...... squeezed one of dd2s it popped and out slid a big white hard bit
no cutting required

MolotovCocktail Mon 11-Mar-13 21:18:04

I don't careeven if this is a wind up - I never knew about molloscum contagiosa until this evening and learning about it is an absolute revelation! I'm pretty sure now that a relative's DC once had them, despite it baffling everyone for ages.

MolotovCocktail Mon 11-Mar-13 21:19:42

My relative squeezed the child's skin papules, and I'm convinced that this is what made the molloscum spread.

LovesBeingWokenEveryNight Mon 11-Mar-13 21:38:32

Embarrassing body's doc has just said to squeeze it out and keep clean.

MolotovCocktail Mon 11-Mar-13 21:39:42

Yeah, just seen that! Now I'm veeeeeerrrrryyyyyy confused

HotPinkWeaselWearingLederhosen Mon 11-Mar-13 21:45:32

On planet normal. People ask

WHAT THE JEFF ARE THESE HIDEOUS FLESHY WEIRDY LUMPS ON MY ARSE? SHOULD I HACK THEM OFF WITH A MACHETE?

Concerned people then suggest what they could be and why you should go to the GP.

Announcing you simply lop of disturbing growths with casual abandon the basis you watched a dude lop something of a gerbil a few times, rises an ENTIRELY different kind of concern you weirdo

belfastbigmillie Mon 11-Mar-13 21:52:09

BertieBotts Mon 11-Mar-13 21:52:24

Hello OP we have de-capslocked your thread title and added it to your OP as it was a bit sporn-esque for supper time
Hope your arse is okay! Sounds serious...

Olivia

You show considerable skill there in cutting and relocating. Any advice for the op?
