Any medical bods around? What causes specific gravity in urine to be high?
If not dehydration?

Anything that increases the content of protein, sugars and several other substrates. Wide variety of conditions. Urine specific gravity is not diagnostic and should be interpreted with rest if urine results and bloods.

Thanks kitten, having more bloods soon so will see if sheds any light.
As last bloods are showing possible kidney decline.
