Does this sound like a migraine?

I have a mirena so not having periods, but certainly feel that I know when it should be, as I feel flu-like for a few days. I always used to have a sort of migraine headache before my period before my mirena was fitted.
Today whilst I was driving, I experienced a sensation that my vision was jumping around. When I got home, I felt faint, very tired and a bit nauseous. I then felt as if I was going to faint. I noticed that my lips felt numb. I feel ok now, just tired, but have been really hungry and abit headachey just like I used to get premenstrually.
