Is it my cold causing this neck pain or is the cold causing my fibromyalgia to flare up

I have had a horrible snotty head cold for a few days, I thought I had managed to stop it in its tracks.
No such luck though really bothered by cattarh and vile taste in mouth etc. Since yesterday I have had an incredibly sore stiffish neck. The pain is going along my shoulder and collar bones and my lower neck at the back. It is on both sides, worse by far on the right,w hich is the side I have had a lot of sinus problems with.
