OK I have never been an energetic sort of person, even as a kid.
Am now fairly unfit but truly don't have time to do anything but go jogging a couple of times a week (am doing).
Tips for pepping self up pleeeeeze.
PS am sure I am not alone here...

stretching - wakes you up in the morning and helps you relax and sleep well at night.

oats for breakfast are good

Eat organic you will be surprised at how much better you feel without all the pesticide and antibiotics etc

Give up alcohol (yeah yeah)

No you are not alone Pruni! I already eat veggie & organic - Reasonably healthily (except for wine & chocolate!),loads of veg, fruit & pulses, BUT I still lack energy. I blame it (probably wrongly) on the b/feeding but need to do something. Can I take Pharmaton capsules if b/feeding does anyone know?

Thanks all.
I already do quite a bit of organic, esp milk, but definitely should cut out alcohol and caffeine (two cups of tea a day, hardly bad). I've been feeling a bit addicted to alcohol, tbh. Will check out Pharmaton.
I had been hoping my stamina would improve, have been at home with two-yr-old who needs a lot of wrangling for a few weeks now but still as exhausted as a few weeks ago...
