what the hell is wrong with me, cold? flu? sinus? Something else?

about a week ago I got a cold and a bit of a cough and then on Saturday I felt really poorly all my sinuses were really hurting in my face, jaw and my neck was hurting. I took Sudadfed which did nothing so I saw the pharmacist yesterday who told me to see the Doctor but when I woke up today the pain in my sinuses and neck had gone so I didn't go.

I now feel groggy and my knees and hips and lower back hurt and then I think I'm getting better then I getting shivery and my energy will just disappears then I just have to get into bed / sofa and just shiver

I've had the flu jab because of Asthma which has been relatively unaffected

just don't know what to do to feel better its just dragging out for over a week

This sounds very much like something I've had for just over a week. My GP told me not to take sudafed as it can make you feel really groggy. I've used sterimar in the past which has helped me more. They've said to me it's viral and just to take paracetamol and rest up. I'm worried cos my glands are still up under my armpits and at the back of my neck.

hmm that does sound the same as me because the sinus pain is gone but I have no energy and I'm taking paracetamol and my temp still keeps rocketing, my face feels a bit puffy and my neck has been hurting and just been ages :(
