Itchy throat, ears, pallette and tongue and sneezing in Dec?

What is going on?

I have a bit of a cold-runny nose, sore throat, generally feeling off colour.
Can the itchyness be part of it or am I so unlucky I have two ailments at once?

It's driving me mad.

I've also felt the same. I've had so many colds lately but this one has given me an itchy throat and major sneezing. I'm now left with horrible congestion. So, no idea if I've had an allergy and a cold together. I do get these types of symptoms on windy days outside of hayfever season, but never in Dec. Sorry I can't help!

Sounds like what I am like when I am suffering with my allergies.

Drives me up the wall!

I have taken a hayfever tablet in desperation.

You have my sympathy. I get like this around animals, paint, when I clean, other times when I don't even know what I am allergic to.

Think its something going round. I been just the same. Thought it had gone then another sore throat, runny, muzzy ears. Was told there was a cold thing going around took over three weeks to go. Daughter has had it on and off since September. She seems to be getting rid off it now taking it time. She had a week off college with it and a course of antibotics.

DD is highly allergic to the turpene in Christmas trees and spends most Decembers maxed out on inhalers and steroids.

The christmas tree isn't up yet, I have no idea what it can be.

The loritadene hasn't kicked in yet Sad
