It could well do. My ds is diabetic and smells like this when he has keytones. However I find the smell quite similar to the smell of infection so you never know.

If you take a sample of wee in to the doc he or she will be able to test quickly for keytones.

yorkie, it is a sign of keytones, it prob means shes a bit dehydrated, people who vomit often smell of keytones, is she drinking for you?

yes my ds smells like that when he has bad tummy or fever and it is ketones I did it in biology class lol you aren't imagining it
