My dd was born in march this year and i am weaning her off breast feeding now - only got two more feeds to drop so heopfully will be finished by december. this is probably a vain conversation but i just want to know what will happen to my body. i now weigh less than before i fell pregnant bu ti donthave any hips - it just goes straight down like a man - will my hips come back? also my boobs - i had none before and really enjoyed having two bouncy things, the milk is drying and they are getting smaller. i am worried they will be little empty sacks - they are not saggy yet? also i could never be assed with all the vaginal exercises but i do now and then, my partner said its different now not majorly but it is! is there anythingi can do? sometimes wheni bend down itdfeels more airy than before. is this the end of my vagina??? or can exercise def help, its not that bad but im wondering if i canmake it like before?

MammyShirl, Pilates is wonderful for getting those pelvic floor muscles back in order! Plus it also helps for generally toning everything else. As for the hips and bust I don't think I can help you there. From my experience, my bust has never been big and after bf it went back from a fantastic DD to an A cup, but they're still pert. Hope this has helped a bit.
