Have been suffering with stomach cramps for about 8 months now, I get them most days, not necessary at the same time of day, and sometimes worse than other times, I also feel extremely bloated, like I'm gonna burst and feel very tired, and a slight headache. I dont know if it is connected but all this started around the time I was sterilised. It only occured to me 2 days ago that this happens after eating dairy products, but could be a coincedence. Anyone out there with any experience and are there tests the doctor can carry out?

Thanks

Oh, and I also suffer with nausea, sometimes mild, sometimes quite extreme.

I suppose IBS, could be possible too, though I have no problems in the bowel department only accasionally, and I know your bowels can be damaged during sterilisation.

coeliac is when you have to omit gluten from your diet as your body reacts to it-I used to think it was just a case of not having bread, pasta and the other obvious gluten based foods but its in all sorts of things (sausages, some brands of ketchups, ice cream, yoghurts, even some beers!).

for some info about dairy intolerance, try lactose intolerance

there are other dairy intolerances, but that might be a good place to start.
