anyone else had this bug?

raging high temp, bad throat, cough - ds has had it for over a week and is miserable.

ds has had it (was a very poorly, unhappy boy), dh has it and poor little dh is miserable with it.

yes dd had it three weeks ago, she got tonsilitis on top, she was ok but then got a tummy bug and now she has still got a cough and runny nose.
I got tonsilitis and the cough too, as did DP, ds escaped but he did get the tummy bug.

yep, Epifany, dr put ds on antibios as said he has throat infection (tonsilitis, presumambly)

bloody bugs! was your dd's temp scarily high? ds's been up to just under 41 at night

yes dd went up to 40 as well, she always gets high temps but copes ok.

Yes, tis me! DD is on antibiotics for her throat. Dr also said sounded like croup. She was up most of the night poor ba.Temp a bit high but we are controlling with calpol/nurofen

dh and dd2 have had the cough/throat

me and dd2 have had the tummy bug (poor dd2!)

dd1 has escaped all but looked knackered and was tearful this am so expecting the worst

Sympathy. DD had croup in September, horrid indeed - we were lucky, it was fairly mild and we treated it at home with a humidifier and lots of reassurance, but I wish it was something that never came back. Wishing all the littlies well soon...
