A couple of days ago the inside of my top lip felt a bit sore, then over the next few days the whole of the inside of my mouth got sore, and now I have a sore throat too. I can see a red rash on the roof of my mouth and the underside of my tongue is a bit red, not too bad though.
The red sore bits feel a bit rough/spotty, and I can feel this roughness down the back of my throat too.
What do you reckon - virus? The GP feels a bit overkill and I'm struggling to diagnose myself online....
