I had a horrible day yesterday. About 4pm, I started throwing up, and it lasted until 3 this morning Dh is in London today, and not coming home until at least 8pm. Luckily, M & D have taken ds for the day, but they have to bring him home before 6pm, as they are going out. I have stopped being sick, and have had a sleep, but I feel like cr*p. (OK to sit and post on here though )

Yuck Yuck Yuck

Sorry your feeling crap. It really is awful isn't it? I know a few people who have had this recently. Must be something going around.

Hope you feel better soon.

Chinchilla,

Don't just sit there girl, get yourself something to drink (preferably with a LITTLE drop of brandy in it, to help revive you) and go back to bed to get a couple more hours sleep.

Fluids and sleep will help you get back on top better than any thing

Love

Thanks ladies. I'm sipping lucozade, and I've just had a bath. Washing my hair always makes me feel much better. Not looking forward to the 3 hours that I will have ds on my own before dh comes home I'm going to have to give him his supper, and I can't stand the smell of food at the moment!

A bit better thanks. I had a good night's sleep (didn't hear ds crying, so dh went to him ) Walked into town, which was a mistake, as my knees went a bit wobbly! Had to sit down and have a plain sandwich and drink. Another night's sleep will probably make a world of difference, and the inclination for food would help too!
