my dd has a streaming runny nose and watery right eye, do any of you think its more than just that or is it a cold starting?

would it be wise to go to a one year olds birthday party tomorrow?

Sounds like a cold. We've abandoned plans of a night at Granny's for ds while we went to a grown up party for the same reason. Is she sleeping a lot? Ds is sleeping for England, but in short bursts, so we're having to get up in the night. Grrr.

her sleep is good , shes even sleeping longer for her daytime naps, which normally are two 50mins.

Hermykne, I don't take a lot of notice of runny noses (I have two kids with permanantly runny noses, so I can't) If she is well in herself, slleping, (not eating a less than usual - saw other post!!) and her eye is just watering do whatever you had planned. On the other hand if it is gunk coming out of her eye or when she wakes up its a bit sticky then you need to stay away and go to the doctor for drops on monday (urgent appointment as conjunctivitus is VERY contagious - not dangerous though)
