bt vision: does anyone know how to reset the REMOTE?

as it doesn't work it needs a reset - i found this out by calling BT but then my handset battery died and i can't call them back!!! arrrggghhh!!!!!!!!!!!i'm guessing i'm not the only person to ever needed to know??

aha finally got through to bt
what you do is press *and # at the same time as the power button (so you need 3 hands!)
