Help - email subject section has disappeared

Something's amiss with my email. The subject/title part which used to show on all emails has gone, and also the sectioning of emails into today, yesterday, last week etc. Can anyone help to restore please? I use Microsoft Outlook and Windows Vista, if that helps.

Right-click on the headings at the top (where it says "From" etc.) and pick "Field Chooser" so that you can add Subject back in.

Then View -> Arrange By -> make sure both "Date" and "Show in Groups" are checked.
