Why is my 360 not playing the video file properly???

It is an avi file on a disc. Never had an issue before, but now it keeps playing 2-3 mins and flashing up that the file is unsupported and this error code:

69-8007045D

When I look on "support" like they say - it brings up nothing

It clealry can play avi files as it happily plays in short spurts, and has always played them before!!!

ignore me - must've been a corrupt disc, got it to work fine with a memory stick thingy
